摘　　要：随着航空航天等应用领域对嵌入式软件要求不断提升,嵌入式软件数量及规模不断增长,然而嵌入式软件测试一直以来都面临着严峻的挑战。相比于运行在普通计算机上的软件,嵌入式软件在系统环境、测试方式等方面有较大不同,嵌入式软件测试逐渐成为软件测试领域的一个研究热点。汇总了近十年嵌入式软件测试相关的研究文献,将文献分为测试环境、测试平台、自动化测试、测试用例生成、测试技术与方法五个方面,对其中重要的工作进行了详细的分析与阐述。总结了嵌入式软件测试需要克服的难题,并对嵌入式测试的发展趋势进行了展望。With the increasing requirements for embedded software in aerospace and other application fields,the quantity and scale of embedded software are constantly increasing.However,embedded software testing has always been faced with severe challenges.Compared with the software running on ordinary computer,embedded software has great differences in system environment,test mode and so on,embedded software testing has gradually become a research hotspot in the field of software testing.Summarize the research literature related to embedded software testing in recent ten years,divides the literature into five aspects:test environment,test platform,automated test,test case generation,test technology and method,and analyzes and expounds the important work in detail.Finally,summarize the problems to be overcome in embedded software testing,and forecasts the development trend of embedded software testing.
