摘 要:利用一套平行平板型真空沿面闪络实验平台,测量了脉冲功率装置中常用绝缘材料在真空45°绝缘结构中的沿面闪络统计学模型常数。实验平台使用基于Marx-Blumlein方式产生高压方波脉冲的高压源,输出电压半高全宽120 ns,前沿30 ns,90%平顶80 ns,电压幅度在180~280 kV之间。按照相应的防止出现明显系统性缺陷的测试规范,利用厚度在0.7~0.9 cm、下底直径在7~10 cm范围内的绝缘子样品进行了真空沿面闪络实验。以获得的沿面闪络首次击穿数据,计算得到浇注尼龙的沿面闪络统计学模型常数为223.1,而交联聚苯乙烯和有机玻璃材料的沿面闪络统计学模型常数分别大于258.1和263.9。这些结果与其他文献结果有一定的差异,值得进一步深入研究。A set of parallel plate vacuum surface flashover experimental platform is adopted to measure the statistical model constants of surface flashover of the common insulating material in the vacuum 45°insulation structure in pulsed power device.The experimental platform uses the Marx-Blumlein high-voltage system to generate high voltage rectangle wave pulse.The voltage is output at full-width at half-maximum of 120 ns,front of 30 ns and 90% flat top of 80 ns and the voltage amplitude is within 180~280 kV.The vacuum surface flashover experiment of the insulator sample with thickness within 0.7〜0.9 cm and bottom diameter within 7〜10 cm is performed in accordance with the test specification preventing occurrence of obvious systematic defect.For obtaining the first breakdown data along the surface,the calculated surface flashover statistical-model constant of cast nylon is 223.1;while,the constants of cross-linked polystyrene and PMMA are greater than 258.1 and 263.9 respectively.There are definite differences between these results and those of other reference,which is worth studying further.
