摘  要:文中针对KYN61-40.5 kV开关柜母线室中穿墙套管容易发生局部绝缘老化导致环氧材料寿命降低的问题,运用Solidworks软件对穿墙套管区域建立三维模型。通过Ansys Workbench软件对穿墙套管区域进行了电场仿真。在工频耐压峰值下,分别仿真了单个地电位屏蔽环、悬浮电位屏蔽环和高、地电位双屏蔽环3种结构方案。对比3种结构方案下穿墙套管的环氧材料内部以及内外部空气域的电场分布,分析了高、地电位屏蔽环安装位置对电场分布的影响,结果表明:双屏蔽环的屏蔽方案更为优化,在D2取值35~45 mm、D1≈(60-D2)时为较佳的优化方案。该方案能够有效的改善穿墙套管区域电场分布不均匀的问题,提高穿墙套管的绝缘水平。In this paper,the problem of the life of epoxy materials is reduced due to the partial insulation aging of the wall bushings in the busbar room of KYN61-40.5 kV switchgear.Solidworks software is used to build a three-dimensional model of the wall bushing area,which is worn by Ansys Workbench software.The electric field simulation is performed in the wall casing area.Under the peak of power frequency withstand voltage,three kinds of structural schemes of single ground potential shielding ring,floating potential shielding ring and high and ground potential dou-ble shielding ring are simulated respectively.Comparing the electric field distribution of the inside and outside air domains of the epoxy material through the wall bushing under the three structural schemes,the influence of the installation position of the high and ground potential shielding rings on the electric field distribution is analyzed.The results show that the shielding scheme of the double shielding ring is more optimization,when D2 is 35〜45 mm and D1≈(60-D2),it is a better optimization scheme.This scheme can effectively improve the problem of uneven electric field dis-tribution in the wall bushing area and improve the insulation level of the wall bushing.
