摘 要:在高压直流输电系统中,换流阀是高压直流输电系统的核心设备,TCU作为换流阀功率器件晶闸管的触发控制单元,对晶闸管的可靠触发起到至关重要的作用,TCU工作时需要从外部获取能量。文中提出了一种高压换流阀晶闸管TCU取能装置,能量来源于市电,采用工频隔离变压器、高压绝缘电缆及绝缘套进行高低电位隔离;分析介绍了该取能装置的设计要点、总体设计结构及原理、磁环参数计算、晶闸管TCU内部取能回路的工作原理及使用外部电源为TCU提供取能电源的电源参数;最后通过换流阀运行试验合成回路对高压换流阀晶闸管TCU的取能装置进行了试验验证,试验结果显示文中提出的取能装置能够满足高压直流晶闸管阀TCU在晶闸管常规运行、雷电冲击环境下及低电压工作工况下的取能要求。In high voltage DC transmission system,converter valve is the core equipment of HVDC transmission system.TCU,as the trigger control unit of thyristor of power element of converter valve,plays an important role in reliable triggering of thyristor and needs obtaining energy from outside in the operation.In this paper,a kind of thyristor TCU energy acquisition device of high-voltage converter valve is proposed,in which the energy is from the electric supply and the power frequency isolation transformer,high voltage insulated cable as well as insulation bush are adopted for high and low electric potential isolation.The design points,overall design structure and principle,parameters calculation of magnetic ring,working principle of internal energy acquisition circuit of thyristor TCU and power parameters of external power supply for TCU are analyzed and introduced.Finally,the energy acquisition device of high-voltage converter valve thyristor TCU is tested and verified through the synthetic circuit of thyristor converter valve.It is shown by the test result that the energy acquisition device proposed in this paper can meet the TCU energy requirements of HVDC thyristor valve under normal operation of thyristor,lightning impulse environment and low voltage working conditions.
