摘  要:可靠性是所有电力部门追求的共同目标,气体绝缘开关设备(GIS)的运行连续性是电力系统的重要课题。此外,可扩展性、运行和维护友好性对于电力部门来说也是非常重要的。文中首先介绍了在最新标准中对运行连续性的定义,接着对变电站接线方式、气体绝缘开关设备的设计、包括气室和隔板的布置方式对运行连续性的影响做了分析。最后用两个案例对运行连续性在实际设计中的应用做了解释,第一个案例是缓冲气室如何影响运行连续性;第二个案例是被动母线系统如何实现不停电扩建。Reliability is the common target of all power utilities and the service continuity of gas insulated switchgear(GIS)is an important topic of power system.Furthermore,the expandability,service and maintenance friendliness are also of importance for the power utilities.In this paper,the definition of service continuity in the latest standard is introduced,and then the influence of the wiring mode of substation,the design of gas insulated switchgear,including the layout of gas compartment and segregation on the service continuity is analyzed.Finally,two example cases are used to explain application of service continuity in the actual design.The first one is how the buffer compartment affects the service continuity and the second one is how the passive busbar achieves on-line extension.
