摘 要:以550 kV柱式断路器合闸电阻为研究对象,阐述了影响其整机可靠性的关键装置-脱扣装置结构以及工作机理,论证了脱扣装置故障发生的原因以及危害程度。借助现代设计方法有限元仿真分析脱扣装置各部件在工作过程中的受力情况,并根据相应的仿真计算结果提出了优化改进措施,对优化后的结果进行反馈验证,产品零部件的安全系数具有较大的提升。同时,在仿真分析的基础上,依据优化结果设计相应试验样机,最后通过5 000次机械操作试验进行可靠性和稳定性验证,效果良好。The closing resistor for 550 kV live tank circuit breaker is taken as the study object,the structure and working mechanism of the tripping device-the key device affecting the reliability of the circuit breaker is described,the cause and danger extent of the tripping device,in case of fault,is demonstrated.With the help of modern design methods and finite element simulation,the stress of each part of the tripping device during the working process is analyzed and optimization and improvement measures are proposed based on corresponding simulation calculation result.The safety factor of the product parts has been greatly improved by way of feedback verification of the result after optimization.At the same time,the corresponding test prototype is designed based on the simulation analysis and in accordance with the optimization result.Finally,the reliability and stability are verified by 5 000 times mechanical operation tests and perfect effected is obtained.
