摘 要:局部放电带电检测仪器广泛应用于电力设备状态检测,而特高频(ultra-high frequency,UHF)传感器作为一种在线监测装置,在气体绝缘全封闭组合电器(gas insulated substation,GIS)中被广泛应用,但尚缺少针对GIS特高频传感器的现场标定方法。为解决GIS特高频传感器现场标定难题,文中提出了基于皮秒级行波注入的GIS传感器现场标定方法。首先,研究了GIS直筒、转角、盆式绝缘子等对皮秒级行波脉冲的畸变和衰减规律;其次,对比研究了不同行波脉冲注入方式对脉冲波形和幅值的影响,提出适用于GIS现场的行波注入方式;最后,进行GIS分布式特高频传感器的现场同步标定研究。发现该标定方法可实现GIS中不同位置的多个UHF传感器的现场同步标定,可获取特高频检测系统频率响应、带宽、灵敏度等,对于提高电力系统局部放电监测水平和运行稳定性具有积极的推动作用。Partial discharge live detector is widely used in the condition detection of power equipment,while,the Ultra-high frequency(UHF) sensor,as a kind of on-line monitoring device,is used widely in gas insulated switchgear(GIS) but is lack of site calibration method for the UHF sensor of GIS.For solving the difficulty of site calibration of UHF sensor of GIS,the on-site calibration method based on the picosecond level traveling wave is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the influence of different GIS structure such as the straight cylinders,corners,and insulating spacers on the attenuation and distortion is studied.Secondly,the effects of different traveling wave pulse injection methods on pulse waveforms and amplitudes are comparatively studied and the travelling wave injection mode for GIS at site is proposed.Finally,the on-site synchronous calibration study of distributed UHF sensors for GIS is carried out.The calibration method realizes the on-site synchronous calibration study of multiple UHF sensors in different positions in GIS is performed,which helps to accurately obtain the frequency response,bandwidth,sensitivity,etc.of the UHF detection system,and has positive advantages in improving partial discharge monitoring level and operating stability of the power system.
