摘  要:目的观察电针治疗高脂血症的临床疗效及对患者血脂指标和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、单核细胞趋化因子-1(MCP-1)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)水平的影响。方法90例高血脂患者采用随机数字表法分为高脂血症组、电针治疗组及药物治疗组,每组30例。3组患者均给予饮食、生活方式的控制及改善,药物治疗组同时采用血脂康胶囊治疗,电针组同时给予电针治疗。观察3组患者治疗前后的血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及外周血巨噬细胞内TNF-α、MCP-1、IFN-γ水平及临床疗效。结果治疗前,3组血清TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,药物治疗组和电针治疗组患者的TG、TC、LDL-C水平低于高脂血症组(P<0.05),HDL-C高于高脂血症组(P<0.05)。治疗前,3组TNF-α、MCP-1、IFN-γ水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,药物治疗组和电针治疗组TNF-α、MCP-1、IFN-γ水平低于高脂血症组(P<0.05),药物治疗组的TNF-α、MCP-1、IFN-γ水平低于电针治疗组(P<0.05)。药物治疗组的总有效率为93.3%、电针治疗组为90.0%、高脂血症组为56.7%,药物治疗组和电针治疗组的总有效率高于高脂血症组(P<0.05)。结论电针治疗高脂血症具有一定的降血脂作用,同时调节TNF-α、MCP-1和IFN-γ水平。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture(EA)in treating hyperlipidemia and its effects on lipid parameters and the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)in the patients.Method Ninety patients with hyperlipidemia were divided into a hyperlipidemia group,an EA group and a medication group by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The three groups of patients were all given diet and lifestyle control and improvement.In addition,the medication group was treated with Xuezhikang capsule and the EA group was intervened by EA treatment.Before and after treatment,the levels of serum triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and the levels of TNF-α,MCP-1 and IFN-γin peripheral blood macrophages were observed in the three groups.The clinical efficacy was also evaluated.Result Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of serum TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C amongst the three groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of TG,TC and LDL-C were lower(P<0.05)and the level of HDL-C was higher(P<0.05)in the medication and EA groups than in the hyperlipidemia group.Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of TNF-α,MCP-1 and IFN-γacross the three groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of TNF-α,MCP-1 and IFN-γwere lower in the medication and EA groups than in the hyperlipidemia group(P<0.05);the levels of TNF-α,MCP-1 and IFN-γwere lower in the medication group than in the EA group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 93.3%in the medication group,90.0%in the EA group and 56.7%in the hyperlipidemia group,and the total effective rate was higher in the medication and EA groups than in the hyperlipidemia group(P<0.05).Conclusion EA produces certain effect in down-regulating blood lipids and modulating the levels of TNF-α,MCP-1 and IFN-γin treating hyperlipidemia.
