四季青水提液对慢性变应性接触性皮炎大鼠AIM2/Caspase-1炎症小体的影响

摘　　要：基于中药四季青的抗炎作用,研究四季青水提液对慢性变应性接触性皮炎大鼠可能的治疗作用和机制.结果发现,与模型对照组比较,至观察终点,1)中、高剂量组皮损积分均明显降低;2)病理结果显示,中、高剂量组动物造模皮肤真皮纤维组织增生修复良好,低、中、高剂量组炎细胞数减少,差异有统计学意义;3)高剂量组大鼠血清中IL-18,IL-1β水平均降低,中剂量组大鼠血清中IL-18水平也降低;4)高剂量组AIM2表达下调,差异有统计学意义.总之,四季青水提液对慢性变应性接触性皮炎大鼠有治疗作用,作用机制可能与调节AIM2/Caspase-1炎症小体信号通路有关.Taking into consideration the fact that Ilicischinensis folium,a Chinese traditional medicine,has the anti-inflammatory effect,a study was made to investigate the possible role and mechanism of its water extract on chronic allergic contact dermatitis of rats.Compared with that of the model control group,the skin lesion scores of the middle and high dose groups decreased significantly at the end of observation.Pathological results showed that the dermal fibrous tissue proliferation and repair of the modeled skin in the middle and high dose groups were good.Compared with those of the model control group,the number of inflammatory cells and skin thickness of the low,medium and high dose groups were reduced,the difference being significant statistically.Compared with those of model control group,the levels of IL-18 and IL-1βin serum of rats of high dose group decreased and IL-1 in the middle dose group decreased at the end of observation.Again,compared with that of the model control group,the expression of AIM2 in the high dose group was down-regulated.In conclusion,I.folium water extract has some therapeutic effect on chronic allergic contact dermatitis of rats,and its mechanism may be related to the regulation of AIM2/Caspase-1 inflammatory corpuscle signal pathway.
