摘 要:为解决烟草干燥过程能耗高的问题,并强化清洁能源在烟草行业的应用,设计并搭建了一套太阳能热泵联合烟草干燥系统。该系统采用真空管集热器进行集热,利用常压水进行蓄热,以热水和热泵冷凝器共同作为热源为烟草干燥过程提供热量。文章阐述了系统的结构及原理,对集热单元的效率、蓄热单元的热损失以及整个干燥系统的能耗进行了计算和分析,并与单独采用热泵供热时的系统能耗进行了对比。该系统集热单元的光热转换效率最高可达到60%,与单独采用热泵进行供热的系统相比,该系统能够节约能耗24.0%,具有明显的节能效果和经济效益。A tobacco drying system combining solar energy with heat pump was designed and constructed in order to solve the problem of high energy consumption in the tobacco drying process and promoting the application of clean energy in the tobacco industry.The system uses a vacuum tube collector to collect the solar thermal energy and stores the heat by atmospheric pressure water.The hot water and heat pump condenser are used together as heat sources to provide heat for the tobacco drying process.This paper expounds the structure and principle of the system.The solar thermal efficiency of the solar collector,the performance of the thermal storage system and the energy consumption of the drying system are calculated and analyzed.The maximum solar thermal efficiency of the solar collector achieves 60%.The system can save energy by 24.0% compared with the single heat pump heating system and has obvious energy saving effect and economic benefit.
