超声心动图诊断右肺动脉缺如的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声心动图对右肺动脉缺如的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析11例右肺动脉缺如超声心动图二维图像、彩色多普勒声像图表现并与心脏CT、心血管造影及手术结果对比分析,总结其诊断特点,找出误诊的原因,为手术提供重要信息。结果术前确诊9例,漏诊2例;超声的特征性表现为:正常的主肺动脉分叉结构消失,主干向远端直接延续呈左肺动脉;胸骨上凹切面显示右肺动脉消失;9例超声诊断与心脏CT、心血管造影及手术结果符合。结论超声心动图诊断右肺动脉缺如具有较高的准确度。Objective To study the value of echocardiography for diagnosis of unilateral absence of right pulmonary artery(UARPA). Methods The Echocardiographic characteristics of UARPA in 11 cases were compared with results of cardiac CT, cardiac catheterization and operation. The diagnostic features of echocardiography were summarized and provided important information for operation. Results 9 cases of UARPA were confirmed and 2 cases were missed diagnosis. The characteristics of echocardiography were as follows: normal main pulmonary artery bifurcated structure disappeared, the main artery extended to the far end directly as left pulmonary artery, right pulmonary artery disappeared in the upper concave section of sternum. The echocardiographic characteristics of UARPA in 9 cases were correspondent to the results of cardiac CT,cardiac angiography or operation. Conclusions There is high accuracy by using echocardiography to diagnosis UARPA.
