摘　　要：耐药结核病患者治疗疗效差、病死率高、经济负担重,因此针对抗结核新药的研究和应用显得十分必要。该文对近年来国内外新上市的抗结核新药和正处于研发阶段的抗结核传统中药的研发历史、抗菌机制、应用潜力和最新临床研究进展进行综述,为耐药结核病的治疗及新药的研发提供参考。Because of the poor curative effect,high fatality rate and heavy economic burden of drug-resistant tuberculosis,it is necessary to study and apply new anti-tuberculosis drugs.In this paper,the research history,antibacterial mechanism,application potential and the latest clinical research progress of new anti-tuberculosis drugs and traditional Chinese medicines in the development stage domestic and abroad in recent years were reviewed,so as to provide references for the treatment of drug-resistant tuberculosis and the research and development of new drugs.
