动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者脑脊液MIF水平与迟发性脑缺血的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血(aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage,aSAH)患者脑脊液巨噬细胞游走抑制因子(macrophage migration inhibitory factor,MIF)水平变化与迟发性脑缺血的关系。方法纳入71名aSAH患者,分析临床一般资料。蛛网膜下腔出血后第0~3天、4~6天和7~9天从脑室外引流收集脑脊液样品,使用ELISA试剂盒测定MIF浓度。结果27名aSAH患者并发迟发性脑缺血,其Hunt-Hess分级、WFNS分级及改良Fisher分级明显增加,脑脊液中MIF浓度显著增加。出血后3天内的MIF浓度与DCI的等级显著相关。结论aSAH患者的脑脊液MIF水平与DCI相关。Objective:To investigate the relationship between cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF)levels and delayed cerebral ischemia in patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage(aSAH).Methods:Seventy-one aSAH patients were included and the general clinical data.CSF samples collected from the external ventricular drainage at day 0-3,4-6 and 7-9 after aSAH were analyzed.The MIF concentration was measured with ELISA kit.Results:Twenty-seven SAH patients developed DCI.The Hunt-Hess grade,WFNS grade,modified Fisher grade,and the MIF concentration in the cerebrospinal fluid increased significantly in aSAH patients with DCI.The MIF concentration within 3 days following hemorrhage significantly correlated with the grade of DCI.Conclusion:CSF level of MIF is correlated with DCI in aSAH patients.
