摘  要:以针刺保暖材料和熔喷材料作为单层材料,设计了16种具有不同组成、不同结构的多层非织造材料,分析了多层服用保暖材料的材料组成、材料结构等与保暖性和透气性的关系。研究发现:单层材料种类的差异性越大,越有助于多层材料表现出稳定的保暖性能;密松松密结构多层材料兼具高保暖和良好的透气性;面密度在1000~1600 g/m2之间的多层材料的保暖效率不高,但其透气性能类似于单层熔喷材料。Sixteen kinds of multilayer nonwovens with different structures and compositions are designed with single-layer materials of needle punched thermal waddings and melt blown thermal waddings.The relationship between the ingredient combinations and structure types of multilayer thermal insulation materials,and the thermal performance and air permeability of the materials is analyzed.It is found that the greater the difference of single-layer thermal nonwoven type is,the more conducive it is to the stable thermal performance of multilayer materials.The multilayer material with structure of dense-loose-loose-dense has high thermal insulation and good permeability;multilayer waddings with the surface density of 1000-1600 g/m2 have low thermal efficiency,while their permeability is similar to that of single-layer melt blown materials.
