摘　　要：发展农村集体经济是实现乡村振兴、实现农业现代化的必由之路。以党支部领办的合作社作为新型集体经济的一种形式,既是当代中国农民对邓小平同志提出的“第二个飞跃”战略思想的生动实践,又是进一步推动乡村振兴战略的重要途径。党支部领办合作社,其核心机理是“党建引领+集体重塑=共同发展”,发挥其政治功能、经济功能和社会功能。进一步发展中,应在组织强社人才兴社、完善体制机制、提升市场竞争力等方面促进合作社提质增效,实现集体经济高质量发展。Developing rural collective economy is the only way to realize rural revitalization and agricultural modernization.As a form of the new collective economy,the cooperative led by the Party branch is not only a vivid practice of the“second leap”strategic thought proposed by Deng Xiaoping but also an important way to further promote the rural revitalization strategy.The core mechanism of co-operatives run by Party branches is“Party building leads+collective remodeling=common development”,giving full play to its political,economic and social functions.In the course of further development,we should improve the quality and efficiency of cooperatives and realize high-quality development of the collective economy by organizing and strengthening cooperatives,improving institutions and mechanisms,and enhancing market competitiveness.
