摘　　要：城乡文化一体化是城乡一体化的重要组成部分,其本质是缩小城乡文化发展差距,实现城乡文化的均衡发展和融合发展。新时代我国城乡文化发展依然失衡,农村是我国文化发展的薄弱环节。我们要按照“抓重点、补短板、强弱项”的方针,着力补齐农村文化发展短板。为此,一要深化户籍制度改革,破除城乡二元结构体制;二要提高认识,为城乡文化一体化发展奠定思想基础;三要大力发展农村经济,为城乡文化一体化发展奠定物质基础;四要拓宽投入渠道,建立农村文化多元投入机制;五要强化文化人才宏观调控,促进优秀文化人才流向农村。Urban and rural cultural integration is an important part of urban and rural integration,the essence of which is to narrow the gap between urban and rural cultural development,to achieve the balanced development and integration of urban and rural culture.In the new era,Chinese urban and rural cultural development is still unbalanced,rural areas are the weak link of Chinese cultural development.We should follow the approach,such as“focusing on key areas,Improve the disadvantage,strengthening the weak”,and strive to make up for the disadvantage of the rural cultural development.To this end,we should deepen the reform of the household registration system firstly and break the dual structure system of urban and rural areas,secondly,raise awareness and lay an ideological foundation for the integrated development of urban and rural culture,thirdly,we should vigorously develop the rural economy and lay a material foundation for the integrated development of urban and rural culture,fourthly,we should broaden the input channels and establish a multi-input mechanism for rural culture,and fifthly,we should strengthen the macro-control of cultural talents and promote the flow of outstanding cultural talents to the countryside.
