摘 要:依托深中通道深层水泥搅拌法(DCM)复合地基处理项目,对工程区域沉管隧道块石垫层开展陆上工艺振密试验研究,分析块石垫层振密时间、振动锤转速、激振力、垫层厚度、振沉量、变形模量等因素对DCM桩顶沉降、桩顶及桩间土应力变化特性的影响。试验结果表明:合理的液压振动锤转速、激振力、振密时间可以对块石层产生有效的振密;增加块石厚度,适当提高预抬量,可在满足振密效果的同时降低对DCM桩的影响,建议振沉量按照20%控制;DCM桩在夯密过程中沉降主要发生在初始夯密过程,后续沉降基本呈收敛态势。Relying on Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link deep cement mixing method(DCM)composite foundation treatment project,the onshore process vibration density test study of the block stone cushion of the immersed tube tunnel in the engineering area was carried out,the influence of vibration time of the block stone cushion,vibration hammer speed and excitation vibration force,cushion thickness,vibration settlement,deformation modulus and other factors on the settlement of DCM pile top,the stress change characteristics of pile top and the soil between piles.The test results show that reasonable hydraulic vibration hammer speed,excitation force,and vibration density time can produce effective vibration density for the rock layer;increasing the thickness of the rock and appropriately increasing the pre-lift can reduce the impact on DCM pile while meeting the vibration density effect.It is recommended that the amount of vibration settlement should be controlled at 20%;the settlement of DCM piles during the compaction process mainly occurs during the initial compaction process,and the subsequent settlement is basically convergent.
