摘　　要：港珠澳大桥主体工程岛隧工程海底隧道总长为5664 m,共分33节,标准管节长180 m,宽37.95 m,高11.4 m,单节重约7.4万t,最大沉放水深46 m,是我国第一条外海建设的沉管隧道,是目前世界上规模最大的公路沉管隧道工程,是世界上唯一的深埋沉管工程。鉴于沉管预制120 a的质量标准要求,结合工程建设特点,总结分析提出了沉管预制可追溯质量管理的做法,为类似工程现场质量管理提供借鉴参考。The total length of the subsea tunnel of the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge island&tunnel project is 5664 m,which is divided into 33 sections.The standard pipe section is 180 m long,37.95 m wide,11.4 m high,and a single section weighs about 74000 tons.The maximum sinking water depth is 46 m.It is the first immersed tube tunnel constructed offshore in China,the largest highway immersed tube tunnel project in the world,and the only deep-buried immersed tube project in the world.In view of the 120-year quality standard requirements of immersed tube prefabrication,combined with the construction characteristics of this project,this paper summarizes and analyzes some good practices for traceable quality management of immersed tube prefabrication,which can provide a reference for similar project site quality management.
