摘  要:在线学习与传统学习方式优化组合形成了混合学习模式,这两种学习方式优势互补能够快捷高效完成教学任务,提升教学质量.在充分、系统研究“MOOC”和传统教学模式理论与实践后,对田径技术教学课程进行了混合式学习设计.从教材内容、教学活动设计、设定教学任务、实施教学评价等方面进行了总结.对学生技术项目技评与达标成绩、问卷调查情况等进行研究,分析、总结并提出有参考价值的建议,以期为体育教育专业田径技术教学课程改革提供有价值的参考.The optimized combination of online learning and traditional learning forms a hybrid learning mode.These two learning methods complement each other and can quickly and efficiently complete teaching tasks and improve teaching quality.After fully and systematically studying the theory and practice of“MOOC”and traditional teaching mode,a hybrid learning design is carried out for track and field technolo-gy teaching course.This paper summarizes and introduces online teaching,curriculum practice teaching ar-rangement and students’learning situation from the aspects of teaching material content,teaching activity design,teaching task setting and teaching evaluation.This paper analyzes and summarizes the research re-sults from the students'technical evaluation and achievement,questionnaire survey,and puts forward some valuable suggestions in order to provide valuable reference for the curriculum reform of track and field technology teaching of sports major.
