摘　　要：新型产业用地政策是支撑创新驱动发展战略的关键因素,目前在全国尚处于推广阶段,各地都在开展政策探索与实践工作。文章以深圳、上海、广州、南京、杭州和东莞为例,对新型产业用地政策导向和调控措施进行研究,提出了各地新型产业用地政策特征,同时以全流程管理链条为切入点对新型产业用地政策的联动机理开展了研究,从内涵界定、规划引导、土地供应、监管机制四个方面分析了新型产业用地政策调控的常见要点,提出了各个调控要素之间是如何进行联动和相互作用的,为各地新型产业用地政策的完善和制定提供支撑。The new industrial land policy is the core and key of supporting the innovation-driven development strategy,it is currently in the promotion stage in the country,and policy exploration and practice are being carried out in various places.The paper takes Shenzhen,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Nanjing,Hangzhou and Dongguan as examples,analyzes their policy guidance and regulation measures of new industrial land,summarizes the characteristics of new industrial land policy in different regions,studies the linkage machanism based on the whole process management chain,analyzes the common points of new industrial land policy regulation from four aspects:connotation definition,planning guidance,land supply and supervision mechanism,puts forward how to carry on the linkage and interaction between the various regulatory elements,provide support for the improvement and formulation of new industrial land policy.
