关于转杯纺创新开发新型纱线的调查分析

摘　　要：文章分析了我国转杯纺纱新技术的发展情况及与环锭纺相比的技术优势,并通过调研分析了近期国内转杯纺纱企业开发的六大类新型纱线的特点及其应用领域拓展情况。结论指出:开发转杯纺新型纱线,拓展纱线应用领域是提高转杯纺企业市场竞争力与经济效益的重要措施,也是持续发展转杯纺产能的重要途径。This paper analyzes the development of China’s new rotor spinning technology and its technical advantages compared with ring spinning,and analyzes the characteristics of six types of new yarns developed by domestic rotor spinning enterprises recently as well as their application areas expansion.Results indicated that the development of new rotor-spinning yarns and the expansion of yarn application fields are important measures to improve the market competitiveness and economic benefits of rotor spinning enterprises,and they were also an important way to continuously develop rotor spinning production capacity.
