摘　　要：目的探究心肌内注射肌源性干细胞(MDSC)对老龄大鼠急性心肌梗死后心脏功能的改善情况。方法通过冠状动脉结扎制作老龄大鼠急性心肌梗死模型,制备成功的模型随机分为MDSC组(25只)、骨髓间充质干细胞(MSC)组(25只)及对照组(25只),各组动物分别向心肌梗死区注射相应材料,6周以后通过心脏超声评估各组动物的心脏功能。实验结束后处死大鼠取出心脏,通过组织学方法检测并比较各组大鼠心室重构的差异。结果MDSC组老龄大鼠的心脏超声指标及组织学指标均优于MSC组,这两组又均优于对照组。结论MDSC心肌内注射能够明显改善心肌梗死老龄大鼠的心脏功能,其效果优于MSC。Objective To explore the effect of intramyocardial injection of muscle-derived stem cell(MDSC)on cardiac function in aged rats with acute myocardial infarction.Methods Acute myocardial infarction model was established by ligation of coronary artery in aged rats.The rats were randomly divided into MDSC group(25 cases),mesenchymal stem cell(MSC)group(25 cases)and phosphate buffer solution(PBS)control group(25 cases).The animals in each group were injected with corresponding material into the infarcted area respectively.The cardiac function was evaluated by echocardiography 6 weeks after injection.The ventricular remodeling was detected by histological analysis.Results The echocardiographic data and histological data in MDSC group were better than those in MSC group,and the data in both MDSC group and MSC group were better than those in the control group.Conclusion Intramyocardial injection of MDSC could significantly improve the cardiac function of elderly rats with myocardial infarction,and its effect is better than that of MSC.
