摘 要:通过田间试验,研究了生物有机肥对烟株根系及土壤理化性质的影响。结果表明,施用全元生物有机肥对不同肥力土壤上烟株不同生育期根系生长均有促进作用;可有效调整不同肥力土壤的酸碱度,提高土壤含水量,增加土壤有机碳、微生物量碳和微生物量氮;有效调节不同肥力土壤中根际微生物的多样性和群落结构。其中,全元生物有机肥2250 kg/hm 2+复合肥255 kg/hm 2是改善土壤理化性质、增加根系生长、改善烟株生长的土壤生态环境的最佳标准。Field experiments were conducted to study the effects of biological organic fertilizer on tobacco plant roots and physical and chemical properties of soil.The results showed that the application of multiple-elements biological organic fertilizer in different fertility soils could promote the root growth at different stages of tobacco plant,can effectively adjust the different fertility of the soil acidity,enhance soil water content,increase soil organic carbon,microbial biomass carbon and microbial biomass nitrogen,regulate microbial diversity and community structure in soil rhizosphere of different fertility.The multiple-elements biological organic fertilizer 2250 kg/hm 2+compound fertilizer 255 kg/hm 2 was the best standard of improving soil physical and chemical properties,increasing root growth,improving the soil ecological environment of the growth of tobacco plant.
