摘 要:通过全重选工艺流程对某金矿进行回收利用,采用正交试验法研究了给矿浓度、冲洗水流量、离心力对金精矿品位、回收率、尼尔森重选粗选作业选矿效率的影响,从而确定尼尔森重选的最佳工艺参数。结果表明,当矿浆浓度25%、冲洗水流量3.5 L/min、离心力120G时,采用尼尔森一次粗选一次扫选,可使尾矿金含量降到0.16 g/t,损失率为10.29%,选矿指标理想。A flowsheet with total gravity separation was adopted for recovering a gold ore. An orthogonal experiment was conducted to study the effects of feed concentration, washing water flow and centrifugal force on the grade and the recovery of gold concentrate and the separation efficiency of Knelson roughing. And based on it, the processing parameters for Knelson were optimized. The results show that with the feed concentration of 25%, the washing water flow at 3.5 L/min, and the centrifugal force of 120 G, the gold content of tailings can be reduced to 0.16 g/t, namely, the metal loss rate is reduced to 10.29%, by only using the Knelson gravity separation flowsheet consisting of one roughing and one scavenging processes.
