摘 要:研究了不同捕收剂体系下,6种抑制剂对重晶石、方解石、白云石、蒙脱石和石英纯矿物的抑制效果,借助Zeta电位和红外光谱探究了抑制剂与纯矿物的作用机理。结果表明:无论是组合脂肪酸捕收剂体系还是组合烷基硫酸盐捕收剂体系,以单宁酸为抑制剂时,重晶石与含钙碳酸盐矿物、含硅矿物都有较好的浮选差异,并且在组合脂肪酸捕收剂体系下,当单宁酸用量为2.5 mg/L时,方解石回收率从71.26%下降至5.98%,白云石及含硅矿物的回收率均保持在5%左右,此时重晶石回收率为86.64%。机理研究结果表明:单宁酸在重晶石、方解石、白云石表面均有吸附;可以通过控制单宁酸用量,使单宁酸在重晶石表面的吸附远远弱于在含钙碳酸盐矿物表面的吸附。The depressing effects of six depressants for pure minerals of barite, calcite, dolomite, montmorillonite and quartz with different collector systems were studied, and then the depressing mechanism for the pure minerals was investigated by using Zeta potential and infrared spectroscopy. Results show that with the collector system of a combined fatty acid or a combined alkyl sulfate, there are great differences in the floatability between barite, calcium-containing carbonate minerals and silicon-containing minerals by using tannic acid as a depressant. Furthermore, the recovery rate of calcite drops from 71.26% to 5.98%, while the recovery rates of dolomite and silicon-containing minerals keep at about 5% and the recovery rate of barite reaches 86.64% with the collector system of a combined fatty acid by adding tannic acid at an amount of 2.5 mg/L. It is found from the mechanism study that tannic acid is adsorbed on the surface of barite, calcite and dolomite, and the adsorption of tannic acid on the surface of barite can be much weaker than that on the surface of calcium-containing carbonate minerals by controlling the addition amount of tannic acid.
