摘　　要：为客观合理地评价政府数据开放平台的互动性,构建出由政民互动和人机互动两个准则层,站内互动、站外互动、易用性、稳定性、准确性5个维度层,18个指标组成的互动性指标体系,并应用层次分析法计算各指标权重。基于该指标体系,采用TOPSIS方法,对北京、上海、深圳、贵州4个典型地方政府数据开放平台的互动性水平进行评价,发现对平台互动性影响最大的指标依次为常见问题、建议反馈、数据评价、数据竞赛、数据获取方便等。政府数据开放平台应有针对性地对这5个指标进行优化,以提升平台的互动性。In order to have objective evaluation of the interactivity of open government data platform,this paper constructs an interactivity index system with 18 indices in five dimensions of inner interactivity,outer interactivity,ease of use,stability and accuracy under government-citizen interaction and human-computer interaction separately.AHP is used to weight the indices,and TOPSIS used to rank the interactive performance of four typical local open government data platforms of Beijing,Shanghai,Shenzhen and Guizhou.The finding is that the top 5 most influential indices to the interactive performance of the platforms are in descending order FAQ,suggestion and feedbock,data rating,data contest and data access convenience.Open government data platform should therefore prioritize optimizing the five indices to improve its interactivity.
