摘　　要：目的研究使用PDCA循环提升中药饮片处方合格率的效果。方法回顾性对2017年10~12月连续3个月中药饮片处方进行点评,根据点评结果,找出影响因素进行干预,进入PDCA循环。结果经过两个阶段的持续改进,门诊中药饮片处方合格率分别为82.79%(循环前)、93.03%(第一阶段循环后)和98.26%(第二阶段循环后)。门诊中药饮片处方不合格的问题类型构成比较循环前明显改善(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环在提升中药饮片处方合格率方面效果显著。Objective To research the PDCA cycle’s effect in improving the qualified rate of prescriptions for Chinese herbal medicine.Methods To retrospectively comment the prescriptions for three consecutive months from October to December 2017.Find out the influencing factors to intervene,and enter the PDCA cycle.Results After two continuous improvements,the qualified rates of prescriptions for Chinese herbal medicines were 82.79%(before circulation),93.03%(after first-stage circulation)and 98.26%(after the second-stage circulation).The composition ratio of problem type was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle has improved the qualified rate of traditional Chinese herbal medicine prescription.
