摘　　要：为了优化病理标本整体管理流程,提高病理诊断准确性,提高整体医疗水平,笔者所在单位于2018年引入.病理标本全流程管理系统,对病理标本流转各重点环节进行监管,实现病理标本全流程可追溯。系统上线后,有效减少了差错事件,提高了医护人员的工作效率。In order to optimize the overall management process of pathological specimens,improve the accuracy of pathological diagnosis,and improve the overall medical level,the author's unit introduced a pathological specimen full-process management system in 2018 to supervise each key link in the circulation of pathological specimens and realize the traceability of the entire pathological specimens.After the system went online,it effectively reduced errors and improved the work efficiency of medical staff.
