监察建议书在医院高值医用耗材监管中的应用

摘　　要：高值医用耗材的采购、使用与管理等高风险环节的腐败行为是国家卫生健康委员会整治的重点,是公立医院廉洁风险防控的关键内容。本研究从高值医用耗材治理的重要性与必要性出发,针对高值医用耗材管理在遴选、采购等6个方面存在的突出问题,提出监察建议,向耗材治理的主体责任部门运营质量管理处发送监察建议书,并跟踪督促落实,从而使得高值医用耗材治理取得了一定成效。The procurement,usage and management of high-value medical consumables spark high risk of corruption in public hospitals and are also one of the anti-corruption priorities of the National Health Commission of China.The authors proposed inspection recommendations targeting selection,procurement,and other four dimensions of high-value medical consumables management.A supervision proposal was sent to the department of consumables management and quality control,and the implementation of the proposal was tracked and monitored,which resulted in some positive effects in the management of high-value medical consumables.
