摘　　要：传染病医院作为各种传染病的救治基地,在突发公共卫生事件来临时,理应在疫情防控、救治病患和促进社会稳定方面发挥重要作用。阜阳市第二人民医院在抗击新冠肺炎疫情中借助以往传染病防控救治经验,积极开展发热门诊患者分类就诊,早期识别并重视重型、危重型患者的救治,实施普通型和重型病例临床路径管理,多措并举防控医院感染的发生,重视呼吸机治疗师作用,组织实施恢复期患者血清抗体特异性疗法,全面稳妥调配有关人员参与应急处置突发事件,适时进行心理疏导工作等,保证了疫情中零死亡、无医务人员感染的事件发生。As specialized medical facilities for various infectious diseases,infectious disease hospitals play a key role in preventing and controlling the epidemic,treating patients,and promoting social stability when public health emergencies occur.With its experience in infectious disease prevention and control,Fuyang Municipal Second People’s Hospital has actively adopted a series of strategies and measures in fighting against the COVID-19 epidemic.These measures included:triage of patients with fever;early identification and treatment of severe and critical COVID-19 patients;implementation of clinical pathways for moderate and severe cases;multiple measures to prevent and control the occurrence of hospital-acquired infections;emphasis on the roles of ventilators/respiratory therapists;implementation of serum antibody-specific therapy for patients in the recovery period;reasonable and steady deployment of medical staff in emergency management;and timely psychological counseling for medical staff.These measures resulted in zero deaths and no medical staff infections during the COVID-19 epidemic.
