摘  要:开展不同尺寸种根对掌叶覆盆子埋根育苗效果的试验结果表明:掌叶覆盆子种根粗度和长度增加,苗木存活率、苗高生长量、新根长度也相应增加;当根径0.4~0.6 cm、根长5 cm时,苗木平均存活率达到77.25%,苗高平均生长量17.68 cm,新根平均长度11.09 cm;当根径0.15 cm、根长10 cm时,苗木平均存活率达到45.18%,苗高平均生长量7.03 cm,新根平均长度9.27 cm。在优质株系根量不足的情况下,选择根径0.4 cm以上,长5 cm和根径0.15 cm以上、长10 cm规格的种根育苗,能获得更大的苗木生长量。The effects of different sizes of seed roots on the seedling growth of Rubus chingii were studied:when the thickness and length of roots increased,the survival rate of seedlings,the growth of seedling height,and the length of new roots also increased accordingly,when the root diameter was 0.4~0.6 cm,and the length was 5 cm,the average survival rate of the seedlings can reach 77.25%,the average growth height of the seedlings is 17.68 cm,the average length of the new root was 11.09 cm;when the root diameter was 0.15 cm,and the length was 10 cm,the average survival rate of the seedlings can reach 45.18%,the average growth height of the seedlings was 7.03 cm,and the average length of new roots was 9.27 cm.It can be seen that taking roots of 0.4 cm in diameter,5 cm in length and roots of 0.15 cm in diameter and 10 cm in length for root buried breeding,the quality of seedlings can reach the standards of the raspberry seedlings in the forestry industry of the People's Republic of China.Therefore,when the root quantity of high-quality plants was insufficient,selecting roots with a root diameter of more than 0.4 cm,a length of 5 cm and a root diameter of more than 0.15 cm,and a length of 10 cm for root buried breeding can obtain a larger amount of seedlings.
