摘　　要：目的:探讨痰热清注射液对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)大鼠外周血T淋巴细胞亚群功能的影响,并阐明其作用机制。方法:50只雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组,模型组,低、中和高剂量痰热清注射液组,每组10只。模型组和低、中及高剂量痰热清注射液组大鼠循环给予氮气和氧气(舱内最低氧浓度达6%~8%,维持40 s,然后恢复至21%,维持80 s,每天8 h),采用间歇性低氧方法建立OSAHS大鼠模型。低、中和高剂量痰热清注射液组大鼠分别静脉注射给予0.9、1.8和3.6 mL·kg^-1痰热清注射液,对照组和模型组大鼠灌胃给予等体积生理盐水。连续给药14 d后,测定各组大鼠脾脏指数和胸腺指数,MTT法检测各组大鼠脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖活性,流式细胞术检测各组大鼠外周血中不同T淋巴细胞亚群百分率,ELASA法检测各组大鼠血清中肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平。结果:与对照组比较,模型组大鼠脾脏指数、胸腺指数、脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖活性及外周血中CD4^+T淋巴细胞百分率和CD4^+/CD8^+T淋巴细胞比值明显降低(P<0.05),外周血中CD8^+T淋巴细胞百分率及血清中TNF-α和IL-6水平明显升高(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,低、中和高剂量痰热清注射液组大鼠脾脏指数、胸腺指数、脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖活性、脾脏CD4^+T淋巴细胞百分率和CD4^+/CD8^+T淋巴细胞比值明显升高(P<0.05),外周血中CD8^+T淋巴细胞百分率及血清中TNF-α和IL-6水平明显降低(P<0.05)。与低剂量痰热清注射液组比较,高剂量痰热清注射液组大鼠T淋巴细胞增殖活性明显升高(P<0.05),中和高剂量痰热清注射液组大鼠血清中TNF-α和IL-6水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:痰热清注射液可通过调节T淋巴细胞亚群平衡,降低机体炎症反应,对OSAHS大鼠起保护作用。Objective:To investigate the effects of Tanreqing Injection on the T lymphocyte subset function in peripheral blood of the rats with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS),and to illustrate their mechanisms.Methods:Fifty male SD rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,low,medium and high doses of Tanreqing Injection groups(n=10).The OSAHS rat models were established by alternating cycles of hypoxia(6%-8%O2 in N2 for 40 s)and normoxia(2l%O2 in N2 for 80 s)in model group,low,medium and high doses of Tanreqing Injection groups,8 h every day.The rats in low,medium and high doses of Tanreqing Injection groups were given 0.9,1.8 and 3.6 mL·kg^-1 Tanreqing Injection by gavage,while the rats in control group and model group were given equal volume of normal saline.The spleen indexes and thymus indexes of the rats in various groups were measured after 14 d of continuous administration.MTT assay was used to detect the proliferation activities of T lymphocytes of the rats in various groups.Flow cytometry was used to detect the percentages of different T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of the rats in various groups.ELASA was used to detect the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)of the rats in various groups.Results:Compared with control group,the spleen index,the thymus index,the proliferation activity of T lymphocytes,the percentage of CD4^+T lymphocytes,the CD4^+/CD8^+T lymphocyte ratio of the rats in model group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the percentage of CD8^+T lymphocytes,the levels of serumTNF-αand IL-6 were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with model group,the spleen indexes,the thymus indexes,the proliferation activities of T lymphocytes,the percentages of CD4^+T lymphocytes,the CD4^+/CD8^+T lymphocytes ratios of the rats in low,medium and high doses of Tanreqing Injection groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the percentage of CD8^+T lymphocytes and the levels of serumTNF-αand IL-6 in the peripheral blood wer
