摘 要:针对菠萝叶手工收割和提取纤维效率低、劳动强度大、严重制约菠萝叶规模化利用及资源浪费的问题,研制了一种菠萝叶收获和纤维提取联合收割机。通过设计主要工作部件,确定了收割机构、输送机构、喂麻机构、刮麻机构和分离机构的主要结构和工作参数,分析了各因素对收割机构、输送机构、喂麻机构和刮麻机构的影响,并对样机进行了性能检测。结果表明:该机菠萝叶收获损失率为26.7%,生产率为0.21 hm^2/h,纤维含杂率较高(38.3%),但可满足粘胶纤维原料的要求,单位面积耗油量为78.6kg/hm^2。This paper has developed a pineapple leaf harvesting and fiber extraction combine harvester for the low efficiency of hand-harvesting and extracting fiber from pineapple leaves,which has high labor intensity and severely restricts the large-scale utilization of pineapple leaves.The main working components determine the main structure and working parameters of the harvesting mechanism,conveying mechanism,feeding mechanism,scraping mechanism and separation mechanism;the effects of various factors on the harvesting mechanism,conveying mechanism,feeding mechanism and scraping mechanism are analyzed.The performance of the prototype was tested and all the indicators met the design requirements.The results showed that the harvest loss rate of pineapple leaves was 26.7%,the productivity was 0.21 hm^2/h,and the fiber content was higher,which was 38.3%.It can meet the requirements of viscose fiber raw materials,and the fuel consumption per unit area is 78.6kg/hm^2.
