摘　　要：目的以Donabedian模型为理论基础,构建科学、可行的城市社区全科护理质量评价体系。方法采用文献资料法和半结构访谈法编制评价体系初稿,应用Delphi函询法对33名专家进行两轮函询,构建城市社区全科护理质量评价体系。结果两轮函询后专家的权威系数为0.903,协调系数为0.522,表明专家对所有指标的意见集中程度较好,构建的城市社区全科护理质量评价体系包括一级指标3项、二级指标15项、三级指标45项。结论基于Donabedian模型构建的评价指标体系科学、可靠,可为今后城市社区全科护理质量的考评提供参考依据。Objective To establish a scientific general nursing quality evaluation index system for community based on Donabedian Model.Methods Based on results of literature review and semi-structured interviews,the first draft evaluation index system was formulated.Then two-round Delphi method was conducted among 33 specialists.Results Authority coefficients of experts was 0.903,and coordination coefficients indexes was 0.522,indicating that experts had high concentration of opinions on all indicators.The index system for community nurses included 3 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators and 45 third-level indicators.Conclusion The quality index system for community is reliable and valid,which can provide guidance for the appraisal of community nursing.
