摘　　要：目的探讨代谢综合征及其组分对严重创伤患者急救后短期生存的影响。方法根据严重创伤患者代谢综合征患病状况将患者分为代谢综合征组和非代谢综合征组。代谢综合征组为严重创伤合并代谢综合征患者,非代谢综合征组为严重创伤未合并代谢综合征患者。对比分析代谢综合征组和非代谢综合征组患者的预后状况。结果严重创伤患者代谢综合征患病率为5.09%;严重创伤患者急救后3个月死亡率为7.46%;体质量指数≥28(OR=2.012,P=0.006)是影响患者死亡的唯一代谢综合征组分。结论代谢综合征会影响严重创伤患者的急救效果及临床结局;肥胖是导致创伤患者死亡的直接因素。Objective To explore the effect of metabolic syndrome and its components on short⁃term survival of patients with severe trauma after first aid.Methods Patients with severe trauma were divided into metabolic syndrome group and non⁃metabolic syndrome group according to their disease status.Patients with severe trauma combined with metabolic syndrome in metabolic syndrome group and patients without metabolic syndrome in non⁃metabolic syndrome group.The prognosis of patients in metabolic syndrome group and non⁃metabolic syndrome group was compared and analyzed.Results The prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome in patients with severe trauma was 5.09%.The mortality rate of severe trauma patients 3 months after first aid was 7.46%.Body Mass Index≥28(OR=2.012,P=0.006)is the only metabolic syndrome component that affects the death of patients.Conclusion Metabolic syndrome will affect the first aid effect and clinical outcome of patients with severe trauma.Obesity is the direct cause of death of trauma patients.
