摘　　要：以三瓜公社为研究对象,通过分析三瓜公社特色小镇建设的成功做法,归纳总结出相关的设计理念与运营策略,探索其在田园综合体构建中可以发挥的特色、优势与作用,为合肥乃至安徽以及其他类似的田园综合体建构提出建议与对策。It took Sangua Commune as the research object,performed an in-depth analysis of successful methods for Sangua Commune’s characteristic town construction,summarized the design concept and operation strategy of Sangua Commune,and explored its characteristics,advantages and functions in the construction of rural complex,which will play a role in proposing suggestions and countermeasures for the construction of Hefei and even Anhui other rural complex.
