针灸调节内稳态研究进展及在航天医学中的应用展望

摘　　要：机体内环境稳定是健康的前提。航天员进入太空后,由于航天特因环境复杂,导致机体内稳态失衡,神经-内分泌-免疫(NEI)网络发生适应性改变,航天员出现心血管功能紊乱、骨丢失和肌萎缩等变化。中医理论认为,航天员在飞行期间出现各种适应性反应的病机可能是阴阳失衡、气血不和、脏腑失调、天人不相应,针灸可以调和气血,平衡阴阳。针灸可能通过调节NEI网络,发挥整体调节、双向调节等作用效应,多靶点、多层次、多系统地发挥作用,调节机体内稳态,达到引导失衡的功能活动向稳态转归的目的,建立新的稳态。已经证实针灸对心血管疾病、肌萎缩和骨质疏松等具有确切疗效。最后对针灸在航天医学中的应用进行了展望,提出可以将针灸与经皮穴位电刺激装置结合,在航天飞行前、中、后不同阶段发挥不同的作用,激发机体潜能,保障航天员身体健康。Homeostasis is the premise of health.When the astronauts are in space,the neuro-endocrine-immune(NEI)network will remodel,homeostasis imbalance will occur due to the complex space environment,and various adaptive responses such as cardiac dysfunction,muscle atrophy,and osteoporosis will appear.According to the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),the pathogenesis of adaptive responses during spaceflight may be the imbalance between yin and yang,the discord between qi and blood,the dystrophy of viscera,and the lack of harmony between nature and man.Acupuncture can regulate qi and blood,balance yin and yang.Acupuncture has a certain modulatory effect on NEI network and has characteristics of whole regulation,dual directional regulation,etc.It could have multi-target,multi-level,and multi-system effects on the body and have a regulatory effect on the homeostasis.The goal of guiding the unbalanced functional activities to homeostasis was achieved and a new homeostasis was established.It has been proved that acupuncture has definite curative effects on cardiovascular diseases,muscle atrophy and osteoporosis.In the end,the application of acupuncture in space medicine was prospected.It was proposed that acupuncture combined with transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation device could play different roles in different flight phases which could stimulate the potential of human body and thus ensure the health of astronauts.
