摘　　要：介绍了GTFMC24机械搅拌式浮选机的工作原理和特点;分析了永宁选煤厂浮选入料粒度组成及可浮性;通过生产实践数据,分析并评价了GTFMC24浮选机对永宁选煤厂浮选入料各粒级的分选效果,表明该设备对粗颗粒煤泥实现了良好的回收,对细颗粒煤泥实现了较好的分选,且易操作,运行可靠。The working principle and characteristics of GTFMC24 mechanical stirring flotation machine are introduced and the composition and floatability of flotation feed size is analyzed at Yongning coal preparation plant.The GTFMC24 flotation machine is analyzed and evaluated the sorting effect of each particle size of the flotation feed at Yongning Coal Preparation Plant through production practice data.The data shows that this device realizes the good recycle for the coarse slime and realize the better sorting for the fine particle slime.It is easy to operate and reliable to run.
