摘  要:采用钡盐浸渍法制备了负载不同含量BaO的脱铝丝光沸石分子筛(DHM),通过XRD和NH 3-TPD表征了其物相和酸性质;结果表明:改性负载前后,丝光沸石分子筛骨架没有发生变化;BaO高度分散在DHM上;酸洗脱铝后的丝光沸石及BaO改性后的DHM分子筛酸量明显降低;BaO在分子筛上的负载量为2%时,其丙烯及C 2~C 4烯烃的选择性达最大值,丙烯选择性约为23.3%,C 2~C 4烯烃选择性为47.3%;与改性前相比,适量BaO修饰的DHM在MTO反应中对丙烯及低碳烯烃选择性的提高有显著效果。The Barium salt impregnation method is adopted to make the dealuminated mordenite molecular sieve(DHM)loaded with different content of BaO and characterize its phase and acid properties by XRD and NH3-TPD;the result shows:mordenite zeolite framework has not changed before and after modified load;BaO is highly dispersed on DHM;it is significantly reduced of Mordenite after acid eluting aluminum and acid content of DHM molecular sieve modified by BaO;when the amount of BaO on the molecular sieve is 2%,its selectivity of propylene and C 2~C 4 olefins reaches the maximum,propylene selectivity is approximately 23.3%,and C 2~C 4 olefin selectivity is 47.3%;DHM modified with appropriate amount of BaO has the significant effect on the improved selectivity of propylene and light olefins in the MTO reaction compared with before modification.
