摘　　要：在现代工业企业中,设备的自动化程度越来越高,自动控制系统已十分常见。而自动控制系统主要通道类型有数字量输入、数字量输出、模拟量输入、模拟量输出四种。目前单个模块仅能支持一种通道类型,现场需要更改通道类型时必须更换模块,使用不够灵活。本设计提供了一种单个模块支持现场四种通道类型的解决方案,通过软件配置确定通道类型,极大提高了现场施工和布线的灵活性。In modern industrial enterprises,the degree of automation of equipment is getting higher and higher,and automatic control systems are very common in contemporary enterprises.The main channel signals of the automatic control system are digital input,digital output,analog input,and analog output.At present,a single module can only support one channel type,and the module needs to be replaced when the channel type needs to be changed on site,which is not flexible enough to use.This design provides a solution that supports four types of channels on site with a single module,which greatly improves the flexibility of site construction and wiring.
