摘　　要：四肢骨折是骨伤科常见病,发病群体较为广泛,骨折以及预后并发症给患者的健康、社会生产工作带来极大的影响。维吾尔医学是中华医学的重要组成部分,在骨折脱位的治疗等方面得到了广大群众的认可。该文结合骨折愈合过程探讨维吾尔医鸡蛋清绷带夹板外固定治疗四肢闭合稳定性骨折的作用机制、对骨折愈合的优势和传统外固定维持更换时间进行初步阐述,并提出鸡蛋清绷带夹板外固定治疗方法目前存在的问题,且其对骨折的远期疗效、预防骨折并发症以及对骨折愈合生物力学研究的展望。Limb fracture is a common disease in orthopaedics and traumatology,with a relatively wide incidence group.Fracture and prognosis complications have a great impact on patients'health and social production.Uyghur medicine is an important part of Chinese medicine,and has been recognized by the masses in the treatment of fracture and dislocation and other aspects.Based on the process of fracture healing,this paper discusses the mechanism of Uyghur medical egg white bandage splint external fixation for the treatment of closed and stable fractures of limbs,summarizes the advantages of fracture healing and the maintenance and replacement time of traditional external fixation,and puts forward the existing problems of egg white bandage splint external fixation treatment,and its long-term curative effect on fractures,prevention of fracture complications and prospect of biomechanical research on fracture healing.
