摘　　要：目的:进一步优化黑冰片的炮制工艺,并优选出最佳炮制参数。方法:本实验通过对传统炮制工艺中防灰化措施的改进,分别考察优化后3种炮制方法对黑冰片炮制质量的影响,并对炮制温度、炮制时间、炮制升温速率等工艺参数进行量化。结果:优化后的炮制工艺可有效地防止黑冰片在炮制过程中被氧化,由此优选出黑冰片的最佳炮制温度为500℃,炮制时间120 min,炮制升温速率6℃/min,炮制产率可达54.1%。经蒙药专家鉴定,炮制品符合蒙药炮制的质量要求。结论:黑冰片的炮制方法得到优化,同时为黑冰片炮制标准的制定及其炮制设备的研发提供了更加精确的数据支持,也为其工业化生产提供科学依据。Objective:Further optimize the processing technology of Har gaber,And preferably the best processing parameters.Methods:In this experiment,by improving the anti-ashing measures in the traditional processing technology,the effects of the optimized three processing methods on the processing quality of Har gaebr were investigated,and the processing parameters such as processing temperature,processing time,and processing heating rate were quantified.Results:The optimized processing technology can effectively prevent Har gaebr from being oxidized during processing,and the optimal processing temperature of Har gaebr is 500℃,processing time 120 min,processing temperature rise rate 6℃/min,processing yield Up to 54.1%.According to Mongolia medicine experts,the processed products meet the quality requirements of Mongolian medicine processing.Conclusion:The processing method of Har gaebr has been further optimized.At the same time,it provides more accurate data support for the formulation of black ice sheet processing standards and the development of its processing equipment,and also provides a certain scientific basis for its industrial production.
