摘　　要：中医药防治风湿病历史悠久,且形成了比较系统的理论基础,治疗方式多样。现代医学治疗风湿病常难以避免各种毒副作用,通过中西医结合的方法,往往可以达到“增效减毒,事半功倍”的效果,进而提高临床疗效及患者依从性。吴斌主任中医师擅长中西医结合治疗各种风湿病,经验丰富,临床疗效好,笔者作为吴师师带徒学员,现列举老师用“撤热存津”法治疗干燥综合征,用“滋阴清热法”减轻激素副作用,用天麻祛风药酒治疗未分化关节炎的经验,以供交流参考。Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of prevention and treatment of rheumatism,and has formed a more systematic theoretical basis,treatment methods are diverse.Modern medical treatment of rheumatism is often difficult to avoid a variety of toxic and side effects.Through the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,we can often achieve the effect of "enhancing efficacy and reducing toxicity,doing half the work",and then improve the clinical efficacy and patient compliance.WU bin professor have rich academic experience in treating rheumatism by combination of the Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine,which obtained a good curative effect.The author,as Master Wu’s apprentice.This article lists the experience of teachers in treating syndrome with "removing heat and storing fluid", "nourishing Yin and clearing heat" to relieve the side effects of glucocorticoid,and "Tianma Qufeng medicinal liquor" to treat undifferentiated arthritis for reference.
