摘　　要：积极心理学着重强调人性中乐观正向的情绪价值,其目标是引导人们积极应对困难,最终提升生活幸福指数。将积极心理学嵌入到医学院校临床专业研究生的教育工作中,可以发挥以下四个作用:一、调动学生从事临床及科研活动的积极性;二、帮助学生树立积极心理暗示,提升抗压能力;三、发挥积极情绪的影响,增强学生身体素质;四、提升乐观情绪的感染力,改善学生在临床实习中的医患关系。本文首先回顾了积极心理学的起源和发展,接着分析了其在医学教育中的价值,最后详细阐述了积极心理学在临床专业研究生教育中的具体作用。Positive psychology emphasizes the optimistic and positive emotional value in human nature.Its goal is to guide people to actively cope with difficulties and ultimately improve the happiness of life.Embedding positive psychology into the educational work of clinical graduate students in medical schools can play the following four roles:1.Mobilize students'enthusiasm for clinical and scientific research activities;2.Help students establish positive psychological hints and improve their ability to resist stress;3.Give full play to the influence of positive emotions to enhance the physical fitness of students;4.Improve the appeal of optimism and the doctor-patient relationship of students in clinical practice.This article first reviews the origin and development of positive psychology,then analyzes its value in medical education,and finally elaborates on the specific role of positive psychology in clinical professional postgraduate education.
