摘　　要：《乡村振兴战略规划(2018-2022)》为建立可持续的农村养老服务体系提供了重要机遇和发展动能。养老服务人才是养老服务体系构建、养老服务业发展的关键。文章在分析农村老年人养老服务需求的基础上,探讨农村养老服务人才供给面临的困境和问题,提出新时期农村养老服务人才培养机制创新的路径,以期为相关部门决策提供参考。Important opportunity and development energy have been given to the construction of sustainable rural elderly care system by Strategic Plan for Rural Revitalization(2018-2022).Elderly care talent is the key to construction of elderly care system and elderly care industry.Based on the analysis of elderly care service needs for the senior citizen,this thesis discusses dilemma and problems of elderly care talents supply in rural areas,and proposes rural elderly care talents cultivation mechanism innovation path in the new period providing the reference for relevant departments.
