摘　　要：文章全面介绍美国社工教育体系历史发展与结构层次,系统描述美国社工教育标准、课程认证标准、政策框架和主要内容,深入分析美国社工体系的结构功能与社会工作教育理事会(CSWE)扮演的关键性功能角色,深刻剖析美国社会问题、社会结构与社会需要变迁,社会工作教育,社会工作实务与社会工作人才培养四者间良性互动关系,清晰描绘美国社会工作教育体系的发展方向和专业教育前景。这对完善中国社会工作教育体系与提高社会工作教育质量具有参考意义。This is an important,fundamental,and comprehensive literature.This paper comprehensively introduced the historical development and structural level of social work education system in the United States.Firstly,it systematically described the United States social work education standards,curriculum certification standards,policy framework and main contents,and analyzed the structure and function of the United States social work system in-depth,in which the social Work Education Council(CSWE)plays key functional roles.Moreover,it deeply analyzed the positive interaction between social problems,social structure and changes of social needs,social work education,Finally,it clearly described the development direction of social work education system and the prospect of professional education in America.This has contribution for improving the social work education system and the quality of social work education in China.
