摘  要:无盐低盐染色是指在染色过程中不加入或少加入无机盐,以节约资源、降低染色废水中盐含量的一种染色方法。本文介绍了活性染料染色的传统染色工艺及其存在的问题,进而从纤维的阳离子化改性、新型溶剂体系的应用、阳离子型活性染料开发、染色工艺优化以及染色助剂的使用五个方面总结了近年来活性染料无盐低盐染色的研究进展。Salt-free and low-salt dyeing refers to a dyeing method in which no or less inorganic salts are added in the dyeing process to save resources and reduce the salt content in the dyeing wastewater.In this paper,the traditional dyeing process of reactive dyes and its existing problems are introduced,and then the related research results of salt-free and low-salt dyeing are reviewed.The research progress of reactive dyes in salt-free and low-salt dyeing is summarized from five aspects:cationic modification of fibers,application of new solvent system,development of cationic reactive dyes,optimization of dyeing process,and use of dyeing auxiliaries.
