摘  要:采用溶剂洗涤、高温焙烧、氢气还原、去合金化、刻蚀等工艺开展了失活骨架镍催化剂的再生研究,研究了溶剂种类、焙烧温度、热处理温度以及在机械合金化的过程中球料比对失活骨架镍再生活性的影响,利用X射线粉末衍射和氮气物理吸附表征了样品结构。在90℃,1 MPa的条件下,以甲醇溶剂,考察了再生骨架镍催化某硝基苯类中间体选择性加氢的研究,在90 min内,其转化率可达100%,产物选择性高达93.8%。In this paper,solvent washing,high temperature roasting,hydrogen reduction,de-alloying,etching and other processes were used to carry out the regeneration of infringing skeleton nickel catalyst.The effects of solvent type,roasting temperature and heat treatment temperature,as well as ratio of ball to material on the regeneration activity of waste skeleton nickel in the process of mechanical alloying were studied.The structural characteristics of the sample were studied by x-ray powder diffraction and nitrogen physical adsorption.Under the condition of 90 ℃ and 1 MPa,the selective hydrogenation of nitrobenzene with regenerative skeleton nickel was studied with methanol solvent,and the conversion rate was up to 100% and the product selectivity was as high as 93.8%.
