摘  要:在印花色浆中引入十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷(HDTMS),制备一种无氟低表面能拒水涂料色浆。比较拒水涂料色浆一步法与涂料色浆/拒水浆两步法印花效果,结果表明:一步法印制0.50 mm纬向线条的渗化率仅为28%,印制织物K/S值24.78,耐摩擦牢度和耐皂洗牢度分别达到4~5级和5级。一步法印制的织物具有更佳的清晰度和色牢度。A fluorine-free low surface energy water repellent painting paste was prepared by introducing cetyltrimethoxysilane(HDTMS) into the paste. The printing effect of one-step water-repellent printing color paste and two-steps printing color paste & water-repellent paste was compared.The results showed that the change rate of 0.50 mm weft line printed by one-step method is only 28%,K/S value was 24.78,and the fastness of rubbing and washing were 4-5 and 5 grade respectively.The fabric printed by one-step showed better definition and color fastness.
