摘　　要：漆酶(Laccase)作为一种生物酶,可催化底物氧化产生过氧化氢,因而具有漂白和脱色功能。本文介绍了漆酶的结构特性及其用于漂白棉织物的原理,并列举了近年来漆酶在印染废水处理脱色中的应用进展。Laccase,as a kind of enzyme,can catalyze the oxidation of substrate to produce hydrogen peroxide,so it has the functions of bleaching and decolorization.The structure and properties of laccase and the principle of its application in bleaching cotton fabric were introduced.The application progress of laccase in decolorization of dyeing and printing wastewater in recent years was also listed.
